In the new event and conference area of the east Hotel there are seven rooms with a floor space of 37 to 197 square metres which can partly be combined. The event rooms are connected with the big foyer and a bar. Up to 200 persons find room for exchanging their experiences in a creative atmosphere, for learning new strategies or only for meetings – embedded in an attractive design and a trendy atmosphere at the hotel, restaurant, lounges and bars, shepherded by a first-class service and an innovative cuisine.

For the catering the east has the proper solution for all events, whether conference catering, buffet, staid meals, multi-course menus or finger food.

The meeting point on the ground floor is connected with the east through a glazed hall.

Conferecene capacities: Each of the individually created conference rooms of the east will be adjusted for your demands by our service staff, capacities with up to 220 persons. The air-conditioned conference rooms offer besides the classic conference room equipment a modern technical equipment like W-LAN or beamer. If you have special requirements of course we will fulfil them.

The ‚Yakshi’s Bar’ and the ‚No Ten Lounge’ are on a gallery of the ground floor and invite for easy and classy day and evening events after the conferences and seminars. In the ‘Smirnoff Lounge’ on the first floor with its own bar and service you will have the pleasure to stand above it all. A flight of steps leads you to the restaurant with old vaults, 7-metre-high glass doors and a glazed casemate area. From this floor you can go outside into the beautiful leafy courtyard ‘Dedon Island’.

The conference hotel east offers 127 rooms and suites
The clearness of the rooms at the east is defined by the soft brightness of the free-standing beds, the functionality of the technique, the satin-glass shining in front of bathroom and WC. Modern standards are self-evident like for example the safe loading of your laptops in the safe, W-LAN, Sat TV and telephone. Everything is easy – easy is everything.

Wellness: Forgetting the day, closing the eyes, relaxing your body and gaining power: thereto belongs a round sauna connected with the exit to the leafy roof terrace, luxury beds in DEDON-style guarantee deep silence.

Gastronomy: At the restaurant of the east creation never ends. Ingenious creations arisen from the traditional European cuisine which is hot and softly embedded in South American and Asian spices and flavours bring your soul to vibrations. Yakshi’s Bar is the communicative meeting point of the east, a haven of peace during the day or the centre of a vibrant amusement in the night, the new exquisite meeting- and melting point.

Private Kitchen: Offer your conference participants something very special: a kitchen party at the east. In our private kitchen & apartment with its 135 square metres, designed for up to 30 persons, you cater your guests with surprising pleasures.

Private Cinema: For very special events, i.e. during your conference, the east provides you with a premiere cinema with room for approx. 80 persons. Here you will find the exclusive location for your company presentations, movies or special entertainment.
